Ann is a single mother of one daughter living in South Dakota. She is a published Christian author, public speaker, and certified life coach under the blanket name Peace Is The Road. She is a founding board member for two new non-profits. The Canvus will be a halfway house offering a more compassionate, community based approach to the reentry process for people being released from prison. Strategies For Life is a local group working with the Living Free curriculum in churches, prisons, and more to help people discover identity in Christ, overcome life controlling problems, and enrich the Christian walk. Ann has a passion for community service and is very active in her church and community. Hobbies include hiking, singing, painting, reading, and just about anything creative.
